Throughout case handling and within the frame of searching for the applicable legal regime, the relevant provisions of community law and of European Convention on Human Rights (E.C.H.R.).Even if the case does not present a direct link with EU law, the research of EU law rules and relevant jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice, it is necessary in order to clarify the interpretation of the primary and secondary european law rules as well as the national law rules which incorporate EU directives.
Furthermore, in civil rights cases particularly, Greek law and the judgments of the Greek Courts are being studied under E.C.H.R. and the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
